Episode 1: Fill Your Own Cup First

In this first episode, I reflect on what it means to fill my own cup — not as a luxury, but as a quiet return to myself.

I share a moment where I realized I didn’t need to perform, push, or prove anything. I just needed presence. Nourishment. Truth.

This isn’t a teaching or a lesson. It’s a reflection I needed — and you’re welcome to listen in.

This is what The Self-Love Mindset looks like in practice: gentle, honest, and alive in real life.

Episode 2: Be a Peacock Among Hens

I’ve spent much of my life feeling like I don’t quite belong — in rooms, in roles, in expectations that didn’t feel made for me.

This episode is a reflection on what it means to stop trying to blend in, and instead, honor the parts of yourself that stand out.

You don’t have to shrink to be safe.
You don’t have to fit in to be powerful.

You’re not too much — you’re just not meant to hide.

Episode 3: Coming Home To Myself

This reflection came from a familiar spiral: guilt, anxiety, the feeling that I should’ve done more.

But instead of running from it, I chose to stay.

To breathe.

To be with what was.

This episode is about the quiet decision to return to presence — not by fixing anything, but by coming home to myself with honesty and grace.

Sometimes the most powerful shift is choosing not to escape.

Episode 4: The Mirror is Always Speaking

The people who challenge us the most are often mirrors — reflecting back parts of ourselves that we haven’t fully accepted, healed, or understood.

In this episode, I reflect on the discomfort of those mirrors, the power they hold, and how we can choose to meet them with compassion rather than control.

What frustrates you in others might just be something unresolved in you — and that doesn’t mean shame. It means awareness.

Episode 5: When You Are Tired of Holding It All

This one is for when you're tired of being strong.

For the moments you feel stretched, overextended, and silently resentful.

I speak to the part of me that has carried too much, and the part that’s learning to ask for help, rest without guilt, and choose softness over survival.

You don’t have to do it all to matter.
You’re allowed to rest.

You are enough, even when you’re not holding everything together.
